The YMCA of Southwest Florida is looking to execute a single source for the purchase of BellXcel academics package for after-school and summer camp programs. This purchase includes printed materials for each youth participant, an online platform for data tracking and test taking, an assigned coach for constant support, professional development for all staff, and an app to communicate with families.

Justification for Single Source Acquisition: BellXcel is the only company that can provide the academic and enrichment curriculum and online platform that we need for our after-school and summer camp programs.
Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, the YMCA of Southwest Florida intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to purchase the above from BellXcel.
