The purpose of the Teacher Retention and Appreciation Bonus Program is to recognize teachers who provide high quality instruction with special emphasis on those who have dedicated their career to helping young children learn and grow. This is the second round of bonuses awarded in 2022. Tenure levels and bonuses ranges are estimated as follows and subject to change.

< 1 year | $250 - $300 |
1-5 years | $500 - $600 |
6-20 years | $750 - $900 |
21-30 years | $1,000 - $1,200 |
31+ | $1,200 - $1,500 |
